It's true on both counts. The picture is easily found on Google, and waivers really are the best thing ever...unless the only reason you are holding onto someone at the big show is because if you send them down they will get claimed off of waivers. You want them, but don't want them, and you want them enough to keep them off waivers. Ugh.
